Fall is in full swing and in the ATL, I can finally feel the chill in the air!🍁🍂🌬I can’t wait to get my hands on some warm apple cider! I love this time of year for soooo many reasons, but at the top of the list is definitely the festivals. I’m so grateful to live in Midtown. Because of my apartment location, I can literally hear the music and festivities of public park events without even leaving my home. Now, that may be a little difficult especially when I’m studying and thinking of how much fun everyone else is having, but during study breaks I absolutely welcome the white noise. When I do have the opportunity to attend a festival, this look is something I’d definitely wear. I adore the fashion-forward candy striper look! This jumpsuit is fully stocked and so comfy. And it’s under $45!!🙌🏾 Perfect for walking around Grant or Piedmont Park. My red bow mules are amazing with this fit and nothing says festival like a large brim boater hat and round wicker bag (yes! still wearing it beyond the summer months!) Festival ready!
p.s. The Varsity is one of Atlanta’s major restaurant landmarks. Established in 1928, it houses drive in dining, art deco, paper hats for patrons and waiters, and even maintains the tradition of carhops (employees who serve you at your car with your meal). In fact, I spotted the longest employed Varsity carhop—working since 1949—while I was shooting this look. I love all things vintage and I think this look definitely fit the bill. Had to shoot it at this landmark! Go try the Frosted Orange. I hear it’s simply a dream.
