The Versace of Scrubs.

You. Guys. I am so overwhelmingly excited to write my first post about the amazing scrubs brand—FIGS! I first learned of this brand from my resident on Internal Medicine. She wore them to our on-call shift and raved about how comfy and fashionable they are. She showed me how FIGS offer more form-fitting options for women so our scrubs don’t appear so baggy and grungy. When I saw the skinny pant scrubs, I was In. LOVE! So here we are a few months later and I’m trying my very own pair! Mind you, this was the last pink pair (in this style) in their warehouse!💕🙌🏾 Meant to be! When I received them, I immediately knew…FIGS is absolutely the Versace of scrubs!

Let’s talk technology: FIGS scrubs offer four way stretch, meaning they move with you by stretching in all directions. No pulling, discomfort, or chaffing here! They are antimicrobial! WHAT??? They kill bacteria on contact which is…well, amazing tech, but also so vital. How many times have you, as a medical professional, rubbed up against a bed rail or microscopy counter and thought, “what on earth did I just touch?” The antimicrobial feature is an amazing property and I definitely have never seen that in any other scrubs brand. The material is so lightweight and breathable. It’s seriously the softest fabric I’ve ever felt for scrubs. It’s wrinkle resistant (I don’t have time to iron nor do I enjoy it. Ha!) Annnnnd did I mention the style? Skinny pants. Varied tops. Jogger pants. Scrub caps and tops with beautiful slogans. Colorfully printed compression socks. The inner seam of my top is printed with “Just saving lives, NBD.” How cute is that? Details! Annnd these compression socks! Life savers? So good!

As you can see below, it’s so easy to transition these scrubs from hospital to after hours. Functional and Fab! To say I love this brand would be an understatement!
