Black-Owned Designer Brands I Love to Wear

Black-Owned Designer Brands I Love to Wear

This post has been a long time coming! Y’all. There are so many ridiculously talented Black designers out there. As a people, we are extremely creative, the inventors of cool, and lifelong trendsetters; culturally and otherwise. It is no wonder Black-owned brands are my absolute favorite to wear. The pieces are just so stunning and eclectic; like nothing else you’ll ever see. Gladly, I have been able to score several pieces from many a brand. So many of these drops have been on par with Jordan sneaker pandemonium and as soon as the collection hits, you better have your coins and browser refresh button ready. I have yet to score my Telfar bag, but it’s coming, y’all. I’ve tried to make this post as comprehensive as possible, but of course there are Black-owned fashion brands I am still discovering and have yet to discover. Keep reading for a list of Black designers I love to wear and want to support in the future. I’m also sharing my wish list at the end!

I hope you all enjoyed exploring this list and find brands you truly love! I know I have. Historically, Black-owned brands have received half the acknowledgement and patronage, but have twice the talent. I am so glad to see that shifting now. Let’s continue to support and share their amazing pieces! Feel free to share brands that aren’t on this list below in the comments so we can all check them out! Also, let me know what you add to cart. Happy Monday and Happy Shopping!
